A style focused on consciously bringing the students full awareness to all aspects of a pose and enhancing their mind-body connection. Students will be led through sequences to increase strength and flexibility while gaining a general understanding of individual yoga poses. Classes are accessible through modifications, when needed, with the support of traditional props such as blocks, blankets, and straps; plus walls and chairs. Mat re-orientation should be expected for asana preparation.

Gentle Flow

A fusion of alignment and mindfulness techniques to enhance a mind body connection. Class begins with a series of warm-up movements that flow through the body, following with a series of static yoga poses held at length, some of which are unexpected variations of traditional poses.


Hatha is a one hour, alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes alignment and breath while entering, holding, and leaving each posture. It uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath while holding the poses to develop flexibility and relaxation.


Beginning with pranayama; deep breathing exercises to bring you into a more relaxed state. Then deep passive stretching through restorative postures that release physical tension. Finally a guided meditation, to bring relaxation and healing deep into the mind.


Vinyasa is an invigorating ebb and flow that intertwines sequential movement in postures timed with breath. Class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. A fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.


Yin helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light an interconnecting quality. 

Yin / Yang

Yin / Yang is a practice that balances the slow-paced Yin yoga with the traditional Yang yoga (Ashtanga and Hatha). Yin/Yang yoga has its roots in China in the Taoist concepts of yin 阴— a feminine, passive, cooling energy — and yang 阳— a masculine, dynamic, warming energy.

Just as the Taoists believe that yin and yang complement each other and one cannot exist without the other, the Yin/Yang yoga practice uses both types of yoga to provide both physical and spiritual balance.

Yin + Soundbath

Focus on postures that are designed to gently restore mobility, flexibility, and energy into your vessel. Instead of “pushing” the body to the limits, we observe our boundaries and reclaim the natural way that our bodies want to move. This is a process of enjoyment as every asana encourages us to befriend our bodies, as we restore the compassionate connection to our consciousness.


Prenatal Yoga helps mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong; helping you prepare for labor & birth. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with your care provider). Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth.
